| The villa is located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, close to the Vale do Milho golf course,
in a very peaceful area offering total privacy, yet within easy reach of the amenities of Carvoeiro about 2 kilometres away. There are
several restuarants a short walk away and the nearest beach is only a 15 minute walk.

There is a large, private, solar heated swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) with steps into the shallow end giving easy access. It is surrounded by a walled terrace area and is adjacent to a shady pergola, giving a choice of secluded areas for sunbathing and relaxing.

| The Villa The villa has a double master bedroom with french windows leading to a private balcony, with spectacular views of the countryside, sea and golf course. The bathroom is shared with the slightly smaller twin bedroom. |

The spacious living area has a comfortable settee, a cosy inglenook area surrounding a Fogo Montanha wood burning stove/fireplace, and has English satellite television and a video. There is a single put-u-up bed for a child. French doors lead to a patio and barbecue area. Off the living area is a shower room/cloakroom. The farmhouse style kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. |
| A distinctive feature of the villa is the large sunroom/conservatory with dining and coffee areas and interesting nooks and crannies. Leading from the conservatory is a utility room with washing machine and large shower cubicle. |  |

The Cottage A separate 1 bedroom cottage, well away from the villa, is available for rent until 29 March 2003. We can send you further details and prices (approx half the cost of the villa for 2 people) if you require. From April 2003 we will be keeping this exclusively for our own use, and we apologise to those people who have been misled by our 2002 advertisement and were hoping to book it for next summer. |
The owners have a detached cottage in the corner of the grounds which they keep for their own use. This has its own private walled terrace area and is completely seperate from the villa. When they are there they manage the property, look after the garden and pool, and will be on hand to help you settle in and deal with any problems.
